At KMC Chain, we stand by the performance and quality of our drivetrain components. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to provide your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused chain or accessory in its original retail packaging, ensuring all links and tools are included, and secure it in a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the item for installation marks or wear, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
